Meet Claire
I’m Claire, a life coach based in Buckinghamshire, England.
My work is rooted in compassion, self-awareness, and the belief that lasting change comes from learning to listen to yourself, not from trying to fix who you are.
I support individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, helping them find clarity, balance, and a healthier relationship with themselves and others.
My Journey
Like many people, I explored different therapies and looked outside of myself for answers. While each offered insight, I realised that real change didn’t come from being “fixed”, it came from understanding myself more deeply and taking responsibility for my own wellbeing.
That realisation became a turning point in my life.
My Approach
Coaching entered my life when I recognised that I was a good listener for others, but not for myself. I needed practical tools and techniques that supported real, sustainable change.
Alongside my coaching qualification, I draw on experience with NLP, CBT, mindset work, EFT, TFT, and the law of attraction. I tested these approaches personally before bringing them into my work — focusing only on what genuinely supports growth, self-awareness, and emotional balance.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, safe and always tailored to the individual.
Working Together
Every client is different, which is why my coaching is completely bespoke. We begin with a discovery call to explore what’s happening for you and what you’d like to change.
From there, we create a personalised plan, mapping out your goals and the steps needed to move forward. Together, we may explore thought patterns, behaviours, relationships, and past experiences, always at your pace.
My role is not to tell you who to be, but to support you in reconnecting with yourself, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
